Is there a free trial?

Yes — both plans include a 21-day free trial. No credit card required. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then with no cost.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. You can cancel at any time from your iPhone's subscription settings and you'll keep access until the end of the billing period.

Do I need a gym membership?

A gym with free weights is ideal but not required. During onboarding you tell the app what equipment you have and it selects exercises accordingly. Bodyweight and resistance band options are available throughout.

I'm a beginner in the gym. Is this suitable?

Yes. Kinetic Golf is designed for golfers first, not gym veterans. You set your experience level during onboarding and the app scales volume and intensity accordingly. Sessions typically take 45–60 minutes.

How many days a week do I need to train?

The app works with 2, 3, or 4 training days per week. You choose during onboarding and the plan is built around your availability.

Will it actually improve my driving distance?

Strength training targeted at rotational power, hip stability, and core strength is one of the most evidence-backed ways to increase clubhead speed. Users typically see meaningful gains within 8–12 weeks of structured training.

Is the app iPhone only?
